Townville Estate

Fara Park Estate is a well-planned community with an excellent road network. It also provides a number of infrastructures that make it one of the best places to live. Mayfair Gardens Estate

Mayfair Gardens Estate is located around the Awoyaya area of Ibeju-Lekki, along the Lekki-Expressway. The estate is about 25 minutes drive to Ajah roundabout and also close to Greensprings School. Located along the expressway, with a gated entrance, entry is restricted to only residents of the estates except after which visitors have been cleared.

Mayfair Gardens Estate is, however, developed by HFP Engineering unlike the aforementioned. Similar to most of the estates in Lekki, the area can boast of good roads, constant water supply, good roads, round the clock security, relaxation and recreational spots etc.

Residents of Beechwood estate are not left out as it is situated along the Lekki-Epe expressway. This is because you need to follow the express in order to get to Victoria Island. An occurrence that might be frequent for those who work in the area.

There is a considerable amount of traffic jam from Beechwood Estate to Victoria Island during peak hours. The peak hours are between the early hours of the day (6 am to 8 am) and in the evenings. However, there are quite a number of places to shop that are in close proximity to the estate. Some of them include Bogije Shopping Complex, Akord Shopping Mall, Iya Miracle Shop, Demex Mart Lakowe, Igbojia Ibeju Lekki, Prestige Plaza, T&T Stores, Karakata etc.
